Former Deputy Finance Minister Seth Terkper has added his take on the $10 Billion that the opposition National Democratic Congress(NDC) says they will invest in infrastructure when voted into power in 2021.
Honorable Seth Terkper has said such initiative is not alien to the NDC party because, they have done it before in their past administration in office as government of Ghana.
He has expressed his view on his tweeter page on Tuesday 8 September, 2018.
He tweeted “We did it b4: built massive infra (2013-16), building on infra base from (e.g., Schools-Under-Trees, hospitals etc (social) to Atuabo Gas, Ports, T3 (commercial); and also reduced rate of borrowing, through “smart-borrowing” initiative.”
Below is Mr. Seth Terkper’s tweet

On the other hand, the New Patriotic Party says there’s no way the NDC can raise $10 billion not to even talk of investing it in infrastructure.
