The National Democratic Congress ( NDC )in a press briefing today ,has stated they will arrest and prosecute all those who played a roll in the PDS deal.
Addressing the media ,the National Communication Director,Sammy Gyamfi said,
The perpetrators of the PDS scam are still walking the streets of Ghana as free men despite the fact that government itself described the transaction as fraudulent. No arrest or prosecution has taken place till date we will ensure arrest and prosecution of persons “who directly or indirectly played roles in this stinking PDS scam”.
