Member of Parliament (MP) for the North Tongu Constituency, Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa has issued a strong warning to their political opponent, especially the NPP for all manner of unwarranted derogatory attacks they have been making since John Dramani Mahama announced that Professor Jane Naana Opoku Agyemang is going to be her running mate for the 2020 polls.

The eloquent Ghanaian politician said any form of disrespect towards Prof. Naana Jane Opoku Agyemang is a disrespect to all women in general and that’s something the NDC as a party will never condone. Mr. Ablakwa said any attempt on Naana Jane Agyemang’s persona based on her gender is an attack on all women and that will definitely elicit a response from them.

Professor Jane Naana Opoku Agyemang has made history by becoming the first female running mate of any flagbearer in the country. If John Dramani Mahama goes on to win the election, she will become the first female Vice President in Ghana.
