CEO of Kwabony Records, Starboy Kwarteng has revealed how he really wanted his late daughter, Ebony Reigns to become a lawyer.
According to him, he initially didn’t agree with her doing music stating that when Ebony revealed to him that she wanted to do music, he drove her out of his room.

He made this known in a recent interview on with Andy Dosty on the popular Ghanaian radio station, Hitz FM.
In the interview, he said;
“I encouraged my daughter, Ebony to dress the way she did. When Ebony revealed to me that she wanted to do music, I drove her out of my room, because I wanted her to become a lawyer. She came back 15 minutes later, with the same demand, and I gave her my blessing.
I gave Ebony the best of training. Ebony dressed the way she did because it was part of her craft, the type of music she was pursuing. Look at the lawyers this hot afternoon? Do you think they are happy wearing what they are wearing? It’s part of their job so they had to.”
