The controversy started when news hit the media cycles that the an LGBTIQ in Ghana has established an office and a safe house for its members in Accra, the nation’s capital.

Yesterday, most netizens called out ace media personality Nana Aba Anamoah over her comments on the issue which suggest she is in support of the group’s actions and activities on the basis of Human Rights.

The new minister designate for the Gender Ministry Sara Adwoa Sarfowaa yesterday during her vetting was asked to give her opinion about the LGBTIQ group pushing for legalization in Ghana stated and made it clear that the group’s action is illegal in Ghana under our laws and even our traditional core values.

Well, it seems the ‘Don’t Lie To Me’ hitmaker is not in accordance with Adwoa Sarfowaa as she thinks the group also have their rights to love who ever they want and so people should stop hating on them.

Her comments has generated a whole lot of argument as many Ghanaians believes most of the country’s celebrities are behind the group’s actions.
