No wonder she hurriedly released the profound song Game of Thrones to express her deepest disappointment after the turn of events, having been explosive during the year under review. In Game of Thrones, Eno Barony spat bars after bars, saying if her work was not acknowledged at the event, she still remains the best rapper in the game. ‘We are fighting for the throne but you already know who the king is…No disrespect to any rapper but the king of rap in Ghana now is s female, this what we call a bitter truth,’ she spat fire.

Eno’s proficiency in the rap game is unquestionable, especially in 2019. She has won the hearts of a lot of connoisseurs and followers of the rap genre. Such is her quality that famous artiste manager, Bulldog placed a bet of ¢50,000 on her to beat all the male rappers in the country, with the exception of Sarkodie.

Speaking in an interview with MzGee, Bulldog said bluntly that Barony is even better than 97% of male rappers in Ghana currently. ‘Eno, I have said countless times, she is better than 97% of the boys. Don’t even bring the women to start with, he said.

Bulldog explained that with the exception of Obrafour, Okyeame Kwame, Lord Kenya, Tinny, and Kwad3e, Eno is better than the rest. ‘Somebody will say oh me I will be a guy so I no go battle girl but you try to bring your head, the girl will end your career, he dared any male rapper. To prove his confidence in the female rapper, Bulldog placed a GH¢50,000 bet on Eno to beat any male rapper who faces her in a battle. I can put money on it so they battle…I have my money on Eno’, Bulldog stated confidently.

Other entertainment pundits have expressed similar sentiments in the past. Now, don’t get me wrong. Kwesi Arthur is also a good rapper but during the year under review, it’s Eno who stands tall and deserves the award more than any other rapper in that category. Simply put, she’s the best rapper in Ghana (Sarkodie excluded) and this is the bitter pill the male rappers cannot swallow.
