In October 2020, Wizkid recruited Justin Bieber and Tems on the remix version of his “Essence” song shortly after collaborating with the latter on the original version.

The Canadian award-winning singer provided a new verse and two new choruses with him singing them, in which he sings about his love for his wife, Hailey Baldwin Bieber. The song became an instant hit and expanded the territories of the Nigerian superstars.

Well, the song has achieved new heights as it gains over 61 million streams on the digital streaming platform, Spotify.
