A Zimbabwean woman has reportedly taken her own life after her husband stole her life savings to marry anot her woman.
The woman called Auxillia Banda was a mathematics teacher in Madziwa and according to a report by Ghbase.com, she committed suicide after she found out that her husband who she has four children with have married another woman with her hard-earned money.
National police spokesman Assistant Commissioner Paul Nyathi confirmed the incident and also disclosed that it is currently being investigated.
Nyathi said;
“Yes, we can confirm that we have reports of a lady from Madziwa who committed suicide after her husband, a policeman, took her money and used it to marry another woman.”
