Today happens to be the birthday of Award-winning Ghanaian rap King, Michael Owusu Addo, popularly known in music circles as Sarkodie and one of his closest friends, the ‘Uptown Energy’ boss, Yaa Pono celebrated him with a throwback picture of their “hunger” days.
Th two have been close buddies even before they both became celebrities.
Many Ghanaians as well as celebrities have taken to their social media to wish the prolific rapper as he celebrates his birthday today.
Yaa Pono who happens to know Sarkodie very well took to his Instagram page and wrote; “Happy birthday my day 1 Gee…. A.k.a koomre,, obede,, kabutey…… Enjoy ur day more life bro…. #sarknation
