Influential Nigerian Afrobeat singer, David Adeleke better known as Davido has taken a swipe at the Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu on social media over the arrests of peaceful protestors at the Lekki Toll gate on February 13, 2021.
Taking to his Twitter page to reacts to reports of the arrest, the ‘Jowo’ hitmaker decried that the act by the police as heartless and disclosed he is speechless.
In another tweet, the DMW Records boss trashed the position and the office of the Lagos State Government exclaiming that the government has lost its dignity.
“E really choke ….. speechless ! Heartless… All dignity gone… Your excellency my nyansh !!!”, he tweeted.
