The war between the Anti-Gay bill led by the member of parliament for Ningo Prampram, Hon. Sam Dzata George and the LGBTQ advocates have been going on for a while now as the anti-gay commission intends to criminalize the practice in Ghana.
The Anti-LGBT bill will see culprits face a jail term of up to ten years depending on the crime if passed.
Sam George for one has revealed in his tweets that homosexuality cannot be regulated because it is a sexual preference, thus cannot be absolute.
Celebrities like Lydia Forson, Sister Derby, Kwadwo Sheldon, Pappy Kojo, and Wanlov Kubolor have openly come out to support the legalization of the practice, trashing the idea to have it criminalized.
Wanlov has lambasted the government who has neglected the basic needs of the citizens and other developmental projects to fight against the LGBTQ community.
In his latest song titled “Weak Fools”, Wanlov bashed the likes of Sarkodie and Shatta Wale for not using their platform to support the LGBTQ community, tagging them as hypocrites and cowards.
