A-Plus is proving to be a tough nut for the New Patriotic Party lately.
After helping the party to regain power in the last general election and been a harsh critic of the John Mahama led administration, many NPP faithfuls thought they have found another fanatic who has the NPP DNA running through his veins.
But it seems that’s not the case as the former musician cum social and political commentator is serving the same dose of medicine to the NPP.
His brash attacks on the NPP for corruption and other forms malfeasance landed him in the hot soup of Minister of Communication, Ursula Owusu Ekuful.

The ministers asked A-Plus to retract statements he made on his Facebook page, CALLING her corrupt and apologize or risk being dragged to court by Ursula for defamation of character.
This is what A-Plus wrote:
Kwasi Nyantakyi is only being sacrificed to cover up the 89/178 million dollars GVG Kelni stinking scandal.
He is also alleged to have accused the Minister of being involved in “some shady deals at the Communications Ministry and the NCA.
The allegation did not sit down well with the minister who consequently threatened to sue the musician to clear her name if he does not retract and apologize.
But A-plus, very typical of him, said he would never ever apologize and that if he does, the angels of Obinim should strike him down.
He said:

I only helped you to win power. I’m not Part of your nonsense. I’m not afraid of anyone. Not a single soul. I’m wild like a lion!!! Bring it on. You’ll be humiliated.
