The draw for the 2019 AFCON tournament to be held in Egypt was done today and as usual the Black Stars of Ghana were drawn in one of the deadliest groups in the draw.
Ghana was drawn in the same group with defending champions Cameroon, fellow West Africans Benin and Guinea Bissau.

Ghana’s arch rivals, Nigeria was also drawn in the same group with Nigeria, Guinea, Madagascar and Burundi.
The tournament is scheduled to take place in Egypt from the 21 June 2019 to the 19 July 2019.
