American actress, Alyssa Milano was born on December 19th, 1972 in the Bensonhurst neighborhood in New York City, in the United States of America.

Milano stands at a height of 1.57m tall and weighs 61kg. She is the first child of Thomas and Lin Milano and she was raised a Catholic. She attended the Buckley School located in Sherman Oaks in the San Fernando Valley portion of Los Angeles, California, in the United States. 

At the age of seven, Milano’s babysitter took her to an audition for the national touring cast of Annie without telling her parents. She was one of four girls out of more than 1,500 that were chosen. Milano and her mother traveled for 18 months as Milano

She has spoken about her teen years and her appreciation of the English electronic band Orchestral Manoeuvres in the Dark (OMD).

The comic book series Hacktivist, written by Jackson Lanzing and Collin Kelly, illustrated by Marcus To, and distributed by Archaia Entertainment, was established by Milano in 2013. The novel is referred to as “a fast-paced cyber-thriller about friendship and freedom in a time of war” and examines the contemporary world of hacking and international activism.

She debuted in the ABC drama series Mistresses in June 2013 as Savannah Davis, which follows the scandalous lives of four girlfriends. Milano 

departed the program after season two owing to a scheduling difficulty with the shooting location and personal matters.

Beginning with season three, she committed to serving as both host and judge of Project Runway: All Stars. Milano hosted The Talk as a special guest on March 2, 2015.

She co-authored the “Hope” book series with Debbie Rigaud and published the children’s book Hope: Project Middle School Book in 2019.

Milano appeared frequently in the Quibi comedy The Now in 2020. Milano was chosen to play the lead role in the Netflix movie version of Nora Roberts’ book Brazen Virtue in 2021.

Milano’s book Sorry Not Sorry was published in October 2021. It includes 32 writings that detail her activity and opinions on contemporary social and political concerns. She agreed to a first-look production contract with A&E Studios on October 29, 2021. On December 13, 2021, she also inked a contract with the United Talent Agency (UTA).
