Each person coming into Ghana after reopening of Kotoka International Airport will pay $150 to have a PCR test according to the Deputy Health Minister, Dr. Okoe Boye

Speaking at a press briefing held at the Kotoka International Airport on Monday 31st August just a day before Ghana reopens the airport on 1st September, Dr Okoe Boye said that the cost of Ghana’s PCR test cost is less expensive compared to other countries

He added that, it will take only 30 minutes for the result of the test to be known. This will mean that there will be no need to book hotel to be quarantined for days while waiting for the result which will also add up to the cost.
