Arsenal ended a run of seven games without a win in the Premier League by beating Chelsea 3-1 following an impressive performance.

The win also eases the pressure on coach Mikel Arteta.

The Gunners scored two goals in the first half, the first time in the league since November. Alexandre Lacazette got the first after converting penalty before Granit Xhaka curled in a superb free-kick.

Bukayo Saka’s cross then dropped into the top corner early in the second half to put the game beyond the visitors.

Tammy Abraham tapped in from close range to make it a nervy final five minutes for the hosts and Jorginho then saw his weak penalty saved.
