Nollywood actor, Junior Pope is dead. According to reports the actor died as a result of drowning while he was filming in Asaba, Delta State.
An eyewitness said the actor died alongside two other people when a boat they were in capsized.
Emma Onyemeziem, the chairman of Delta State Actors Guild of Nigeria confirmed the sad news to the media and the general public. The remains of the actor have been deposited in the morgue.
Junior Pope left behind a wife and three kids.
