Mendler’s early acting career began when she was a little girl, appearing in the movies Alice Upside Down (2007), The Clique (2008), and Labor Pains (2009).
She began working with Disney Channel in 2009, where she portrayed Juliet van Heusen on Wizards of Waverly Place from 2009 to 2012, Olivia White in Lemonade Mouth (2011), and Teddy Duncan on Good Luck Charlie from 2010 to 2014.
