A budding Ghanaian rapper has found himself in hot waters after his girlfriend reported him to the police for stealing her ¢10,000.
According to the reports we gathered, the rapper Nana Essel managed to convince his lover Perpetual to borrow him a sum of ¢10,000 for a music video shoot. The lady in question willingly gave out the money on the condition that she will be featured in the music video.
Upon reaching that agreement, Nana Essel went ahead to shoot the video but failed to feature Perpetual thereby going contrary to the preliminary arrangement. This led to a misunderstanding leading to the present situation- Nana Essel being arrested.
A sister to Perpetual, Nana Ama shared the story on Twitter saying;
