Latest reports we are receiving suggest that the Dubai Supreme Court has thrown out the case between Horizon Royal Diamonds and Ghanaian gold buying entity, Menzgold.
As it stands, there is no court case involving the embattled CEO of Menzgold, Nana Appiah Mensah as he has been cleared of the case that he has been battling with for some months.
Nana Appiah Mensah could not hide his joy and the feeling of being a free man took to Twitter to share the good news to his well-wishers as the Dubai Supreme Court throws out the case by the Dubai first instance and Appeals court today.
He posted a photo of the Dubai Supreme Court with the caption;
