Portugal captain, Cristiano Ronaldo has once again set another record in European football by becoming the first player to ever score in more than 10 consecutive games in Europe’s top five leagues.

Ronaldo achieved this landmark after he scored the consolation goal in his side’s 2-1 defeat to Hellas Verona.

By scoring the goal against Hella Verona, he broke David Trezeguet’s Juventus record, who scored in nine consecutive games in the 2005/06 campaign.

Ronaldo is now aiming for the Serie A record of scoring in 11 consecutive games, set by Gabriel Batistuta in the 1994/95 campaign and matched last season by Fabio Quagliarella.
