An album release can be considered as the ‘apex’ of a music artiste’s career. For music artistes with multiple albums, it suggests that, that particular music artiste has been successful in his or her music career.

Ghanaian music industry player,Lawrence Asiamah Hanson, also known as Bulldog has ‘cautioned’ presenters over the debate between the impending ‘Reign’ album and the ‘Epistle of Mama’ album. He said this when he was interviewed at the unveiling of the ‘Reign’ album.

When the presenter asked what he had to say about the album after listening to all the tracks on it, Bulldog replied that “… this is an album…I know he is talented and I haven’t seen that side of him. This is more of the soft side of Shatta Wale”.

He also said that the albums includes conscious songs, and the album is more about love and he likes where Shatta Wale is coming from.

When he was asked by the presenter to rate the ‘Reign’ and the ‘Epistle of Mama’ albums, he said “both albums are good albums”. He also asserted to the fact that both artistes are good and he can’t rate one’s album over the other.

He stated categorically that both albums are all good.
