The son of a media guru and the managing director of Despite media, Kennedy Osei has shared health tips on the importance of sleep.

One of the things people underrate is sleep. Many people do not know and also have refused to know the importance of sleep for the body and for themselves. Most people guide their lives with motivational speeches and ignore to rest when they are exhausted.

The general manager of Despite Media, Kennedy Osei has shared some importance of sleep and why everyone should sleep more. He has urged the public to desist from motivational talks and myhts about short sleep leading to more success. According to him, robbing oneself from sleep is tantamount to a shorter life span.

“Team No Sleep!
Sleep 8hour a day and that’s 1/3 of your life.
Lazy people sleep at night.
Sleep is for the weak! Etc”.

“Most people including myself have been victims of sharing the above statements as some sort of motivation. However, having a deep and sound sleep is a non-negotiable biological necessity and not an optional lifestyle luxury.”
