The Domestic Violence and Victim Support Unit of the Ghana Police has reportedly granted bail to a man who was arrested for impregnating his two step-daughters.
Kasapa FM in an interview with ASP Rosemary Vertiah from the DOVVSU division at Weija confirmed the news of the bail of the man.

A 41-year old man identified as Mr. Kwaku Boateng was arrested by the Weija police for defiling and impregnating his two step-daughters; age 13 and 15 respectively. The man seized the opportunity to defile the girls when his wife goes out to hawk ‘pure water’ in the scorchy sun. The first step-daughter is currently with a six-month baby while the younger step-daughter is heavily pregnant. DOVVSU is currently investigating the matter.
