The FIFA Club World Cup and African Cup of Nations winner shared this lovely photo in a recent post he made on his verified social media handle on the popular social media platform, Instagram.
This comes just a few days after he won the FIFA Club World Cup with Chelsea after they beat Brazilian side, Palmeiras.
He captioned the photo with the words;
