Popular Ghanaian sports journo, SadD1ck Adams in a recent tweet revealed that a football match between Liberia and Sierra Leone was called off and rescheduled because of a power outage at the ongoing WAFU Cup of Nations.

His post reads;

“West Africa: Current situation at the Stade lat Dior in Thies in Senegal. Power went off 70 minutes of play in the ongoing WAFU Championship.

Liberia and Sierra Leone.

Technicians couldn’t fix so match abandoned and rescheduled.”
