Former President Jacob Zuma snubs summon from the Constitutional Court.

Previous South African President Jacob Zuma has censured the Commission of State Capture Request and has said that he will not be taking a portion.

The State Capture Request issued a summons for the previous president to seem at the Constitutional Court next year but he isn’t having it. 

The due date for Zuma to answer to the summons was Monday, but Zuma’s attorneys sent a message to the commission communicating that he will not be coming to the  State Capture

In the letter to the Constitutional Court part reads; “We are instructed by our client, President JG Zuma, that he will not be participating in these proceedings at all.”
