The flagbearer of the Ghana Movement Movement, Rev Christian Kwabena Andrews, well known as Osofo Kyiri Abosom has pleaded with the Akufo Addo-led government to pardon the citizens with regards to the approval of the e-levy taxation.

According to him, the government intends to link the e-levy taxation to almost every Government-owned enterprise and other companies like fuel stations, and this according to him will devastate the average Ghanaian.
Speaking in an interview with Kofi Adoma on Angel FM, Osofo Kyiri Abosom said should the e-levy bill be passed, the lives of citizens will e complicated, especially when mobile money transactions will be the only means of paying for almost everything in the country.
He pleaded with the Akufo Addo-led government to rethink their decision to approve and implement the e-levy taxation.
