The President of Ghana, His Excellency Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has revealed that he has plans for private schools owners in the country.

Nana Addo in an interview with Kwabena Kwakye, on Oman FM, Accra based radio owned by Hon Kennedy Agyapong revealed that his government is preparing something for private school owners in Ghana.

The President talked about all the avalanche of work he has done for the people of Ghana for the past three and half years he came to power.

In answering a question about Covid 19 and the challenges it has posed to the Ghanaian educational system. He said that the ministry of education headed by Dr Mathew Opoku Prempeh is doing everything possible so that all Ghanaian students get back to school safely.

Mr President admitted that Private Primary and Junior High Schools have suffered gravely since the emergence of Covid 19, therefore he is preparing a relief support for all Private Owned Primary and Junior High Schools across Ghana and their teachers to cushion them a bit to continue to be in business.
