The police has apprehended a groom who was still in his Tuxedo identified as Devin Jose Jones for allegedly shooting a friend who accompanied him to his wedding ceremony.

According to reports, the groom who had his suspicion that his bride and his friend were in an intimate relationship despite the fact that he was about marrying her took matters into his own hands on his wedding day.
Upon his suspicion, Mr. Devin was said to have come out of his car and fired a bullet at his friend but fortunately, the bullet pierced his leg. He further fired another shot, striking one person in the hand.
Mr. Devin’s newlywed wife was able to get an ambulance to assist those who had been shot.
According to authorities, he is being accused with attempted first-degree murder, aggravated second-degree violence, and two counts of aggravated primal property damage.
According to Fox8live, a few witnesses trapped in traffic resorted to social media to share their accounts of the incident.
“There is a bad accident that shut the bridge down and while the accident was being handled, someone got out of their vehicle and started approaching other vehicles and shooting innocent people sitting in their cars stuck in traffic!” Brian Chappell Jr. wrote on Facebook. “We are currently still sitting in dead stop traffic while police are trying to locate the active shooter,” Fox8live reported.
Cheri Faucheux, another witness, took to her social media and posted, “so supposedly there was a wreck on the spillway tonight and a just married couple still in wedding dress and tux were in the traffic and started fighting.”
“So the groom gets out of the car and starts shooting other people in their cars in the traffic,” he added.
