A CCTV footage of how the two Canadian ladies were kidnapped has hit the internet. The scene really showed how these ladies were abducted at their Ahodwo hostel in the Ashanti Region.
The video which lasted for one minute forty-six seconds was used extensively by the National Security Operatives together with other ground intelligence gathered for the further investigation which led to the arrest of the kidnappers.
So far, eight people have been arrested in separate operations at Sawaba in the Asokore Mampong Municipality and Kenyasi-Achiase, which led to the rescue of the two Canadian women.
The CCTV footage also captured the car these kidnappers used (same red corolla S) as it drives away after a successful operation of kidnapping the Canadian ladies.
The owner of the vehicle, which was used by the kidnappers, was part of the suspects who were rounded up during Wednesday morning’s operation by the National Security to rescue the girls.
