Former president, John Mahama has reacted to the death of the Ghanaian guy who climbed the electric pole at Kasoa.

It could be recalled that this Ghanaian guy made headlines some days ago and if you missed the story, CLICK HERE!!!

Reacting to the incident, the former president took to his verified social media handle on the popular social media platform, Facebook and wrote;

“I returned from a trip to hear the sad news of Kakra who killed himself by electrocution.
The current levels of hardship in Ghana is dire and probably the worst we have ever experienced in the last three decades, but suicide is never the answer.
Even in the darkest night, there will always come the dawn.
The sun will rise again. Let’s be each others keeper. Let’s keep hope alive!”

Some reactions his post got are;

Albert Nat Hyde – Using the death of the young man to score political points is cheap and basic. People still kill themselves even in better economies.
You can sympathise with the family without necessarily trying to come across as the Messiah.
Everything shouldn’t be about politics!

Dukez Hayford – I’m just scared for the next president 🥹the struggle that the person will go through…

Enenche Enenche – Atleast you people have light that can electrocute someone. Here in Nigeria, any man that wants to commit suicide will not think of using electricity, because light no go dey to die by electrocution 😆 😆 😆
