The Black Stars of Ghana played the Super Eagles of Nigeria in a recent World Qualifier match at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium in Kumasi.
The match really attracted thousands of Ghanaians as the stadium was filled to capacity with some rumors that the number of people even exceeded the stadium’s capacity.

A recent post we have chanced upon revealed the supposed amount of money the National Sports Authority (NSA) made from the match.

The post was made on the popular social media platform, Facebook by the renowned Ghanaian media house, Asempa FM.
The post reads;
“According to sources, the NSA bagged GHC1.4million in the Ghana vs Nigeria World Cup qualifier at the Baba Yara Stadium last Friday night.

Van DE Rey – If the FA and NSA can use even just 1 million to renovate and upgrade our Kumasi sport stadium and that of Accra … especially that if Kumasi to make it meet international standards by CAF and make Kumasi the Offical home grounds for Black Star
