According to several online reports, Alec Musser died at his home in Del Mar, California on Friday, January 12, 2024, but a cause of death has not been revealed making it unknown whether he battled any form of illness or he died through an accident.

Musser’s fiance Paige Press confirmed the death of her partner. “RIP to the love of my life. @alecmusser. I will never stop loving you. My heart is broken,” Press wrote in a post shared on Instagram Stories.

“Today is the worst day of my life. We were so happy,” she continued in another post. In another post, she confirmed that Musser had died on Saturday, January 13, 2024, writing: “RIP 4/11/73 — 1/13/24.”

Musser debuted on the ABC soap in 2005 after winning SOAPnet’s reality TV contest “I Wanna Be a Soap Star”.

He became a household name following his role as Del Henry, previously played by Winsor Harmon on the ABC soap opera “All My Children”, debuting in 2005 and exiting in 2007.

In 2009, he appeared in Road to the Altar, a 10-episode web series starring Jaleel White (Family Matters) and Leyna Juliet Weber (As the World Turns).

He also appeared in “Rita Rocks,” “Grown Ups,” and “Road to the Altar.” His last role was portraying Fredrich in the final season of “Desperate Housewives” in 2011.

Throughout his career, Musser found success as a fitness model and appeared in numerous magazines including Men’s Health, Men’s Workout, and Exercise Health.

In one of Paige Press’s Instagram posts commemorating his life, she described him as “the best model @abercrombie ever had”
