A lady is battling on how she can understand how and when she contracted the deadly HIV virus.
According to her, she cheated with her ex-lover some time ago when her lovely husband was away and that after the said incident, she noticed that she has HIV.
She confided in popular relationship coach, David Papa Bondze-Mbir as she shared her ordeal.
She is confused at the moment because she doesn’t really know who gave her the virus, whether her husband or her ex-lover.
She wrote;

I just read a post you shared from your website ‘Needle in the Hay’ and I am terrified. My husband also traveled for some time and I messed up. I gave in to an ex, who invited me over for lunch, and one thing led to another. It was just a stupid fling. I was stressed and lonely and hurt. My husband was having an affair and it had clouded my thinking and feelings.
recently found out I am HIV+ and I do not know whether or not I got it from my ex or husband. Neither of the men know about my recent detection. What do I do, Dave?” – From a troubled wife.
