A photo of a mud house with an air conditioner installed in a room has gained wide popularity, causing social media reactions.
The house, popularly known as ‘atakwame,’ is located in the Manso Moseaso, a farming community in the Ashanti Region’s Amansie West District.
The house has become the talk of the town, with many people puzzled about the reason the house owner, a local businesswoman, would do that.
The house’s owner, Madam Mary Nsiah, has claimed that she is embracing the fruit of her womb before she finally leaves earth.

Speaking in an exclusive interview with Ambassador TV on YouTube hosted by Osei Kwadwo, Madam Mary Nsiah gave the reason for her strange taste in air-condition for a mud house. She said: “My son bought the air-condition for me because I requested for it and it delivered “.
“Not that I don’t have a fan in my room but I have both standing and ceiling fan in my room but I wanted to experience the feeling of sleeping in an air-conditioned room”.
“People always come here especially when there is a funeral and take pictures of it that’s why it is trending on social media,” she added.
