A male social media user has taken to social media to share his thoughts about a man sponsoring his wife’s family’s needs after paying the bride price to the lady’s parents.
According to him, it is not necessary as he suggests that since the man has paid the said amount of money, he is done with helping the lady’s family.
The post he made reads;
“I don’t think it’s necessary for a man to continue sponsoring his wife’s families needs after he’s paid bride price to her parents.”

Moses Akurugu Ade-Ena – I have a different opinion on this….. It is not out of place to take care of your wife’s family if they are in need. If her family is suffering and she is aware do you think she will have peace of mind? It shouldn’t be unnecessary demands and extortion but if they are genuinely in need and you fail to help when you can…it is not good.
