The tendencies of Ghanaian prophets to announce death prophecies publicly to elevate their status and ultimately win more people to their churches is totally wrong according actor Harold Amenya.

Despite the many problems which have plagued the continent that demand critical thinking to remedy it, African Prophets especially those from Ghana only see deaths hovering around celebs, which in some cases become a complete hoax.

It’s this background that actor Harold Amenye has chastised prophets with that modus operandi, saying the best they could do in such situations is to consult the affected person and pray for him or her.

“I am not in support of any man of God creating fear and panic in any celebrity by announcing his or her death. I believe the best thing to do is to reach out to the celebrity and either pray with him or her and guide such celeb what they must do,” he said.
