Jackie Chan Parents: Meet Charles Chan And Lee-Lee Chan

Jackie Chan was born in Victoria Peak, Hong Kong to Charles Chan and Lee-Lee Chan. His parents were refugees from the Chinese Civil War. They worked for the French ambassador in Hong Kong.

It has been alleged that Jackie Chan’s mother, Lee-Lee was a drug smuggler whiles his father, Charles was a spy. The pair met when his father arrested his mother for smuggling opium.

Charles Chan died at the age of 93 on 26 February 2008 in Hong Kong and Lee-lee Chan died on 28 February 2002, in Canberra, Australia aged around 85 and was buried in the Gungahlin Cemetery.
