Born on 14 December 1971, in his coaching career, Kadri held various positions, starting with AS Djerba, AS Kasserine, AS Gabès, and US Monastir. He managed ES Zarzis in the 2008–09 season, EGS Gafsa from spring to summer 2010, and Al-Ansar FC from November 2011 to May 2012. Additionally, he coached ES Beni-Khalled from May to September 2012.

His journey continued with roles such as assistant coach of the Tunisian n ational team in 2013 and a freelance coach at Saudi club Al-Nahda from October 2013. He also coached Al-Khaleej Club for the 2014–15 season and JS Kairouan from October 2017 to March 2018. Subsequently, he joined CA Bizertin for the remainder of the season.
