Due to his parents’ divorce when he was a young child, Jenkins moved to Atlanta, Georgia, where he resided with various family members.

On August 26, Jeezy and the other five males who were detained with him entered not-guilty pleas to assault weapon possession charges. After two days, Jeezy and his friends bonded out.
