Assin Central Member of Parliament Hon. Kennedy Agyapong has petitioned the chief justice of the state Anin-Yeboah on the ongoing contempt case against him at the High Court.
According to what ghgossip.com is gathering, the lawmaker is alleging that the court will be biased against him should Justice Amos Wuntah Wuni be allowed to proceed Court hearing the case.

Additionally Hon Kennedy Agyapong’s lawyers are also said to have filed for a stay of prosecution at the High Court pursuant to the processes initiated at the Supreme Court.
