The Member of Parliament for Assin Central, Hon. Kennedy Agyapong has added his voice to the lynching of the 90 year old woman at Kafaba in the Northern Region with claims that she’s a witch.
According to the firebrand politician, those who were involved in the killing of the old woman should be charge with treason.
He indicated that how can some people kill a fellow human and be standing there unconcern without rescuing her.
The Maverick lawmaker revealed that those involved should be killed by firing squad to serve as a deterrent to others.
The old woman was dragged to a plain grounds in Kafaba which some people lynched that she’s a witch and people captured the horrific moment and share it on social media.
Many people on the digital space have reacted to the incident and calls from various sectors as they call for justice for the woman.
The police service have however disclosed that they have arrested five lead suspects in the case as probe continue.
