For the umpteenth time, the rivalry between these two halls, Continental and Katanga halls has rekindled as the duo engage in a vicious clash.
It is well known that the rivalry between the two halls go way back and it lives on in the current generation of hall residents.
On Thursday, 18th August, 2022, Ghgossip received reports that the students from the two great halls clashed around 5pm.
At the time of writing this piece, the circumstances surrounding the clash remains unknown however the fierce stone battle couldn’t be suppressed by the security personnel available at that moment.
Meanwhile, both sides of the feuding halls have recorded some level of injuries and many properties mostly cars have been destroyed at the parking lot.

This comes barely few weeks after Vandals of the Common Wealth Hall and Vikings of the Mensah Sarbah Hall clashed violently during the hall week celebration of Sarbah.
Their clash on the premises of the University of Ghana has resulted in the deployment of a heavy police presence to restore order and also investigate the circumstances surrounding the clash that saw the burning of a private car and destruction of school properties.
