Multifaceted Ghanaian rap artiste and composer, KooKusi has finally published his much anticipated masterpiece labeled; “5foot3” EP.

The just released installment happens to be his first ever Extended Play. The project houses seven mind blowing and exceptional tunes with guest appearances from five like-minded recording artists.

The body of work features Agyeibea, Justina, Victor Morgan, Li Diaw and Makafui. Production of the entire project was shouldered by the award-winning music producer and sound engineer, RdeeBeatz.

The melodic rap artiste, KooKusi said, the extended play is an infinitesimal part of a social project he started five years ago to keep conversations about societal issues going. He shared; “No, the 5foot3 project is not a movie. It is my debut EP, and it sums up opinions I have sampled in the past 5 years”.

‘5foot3’ EP represents a rare moment where KooKusi argues his opinion on everyday happenings in our society, from the lyrics to the production to the arrangement of the song. The storytelling concept makes the project very relatable to the listener. 

KooKusi is a pharmacist and a photographer. He’s currently based in Dallas where he pursues a PhD in Neuroscience. With the intent of making sense of the science with arts to impact lives. He’ss gradually carving out a unique space for himself in the global music scene and undoubtedly one of the leaders of the new school pack of artists doing things differently.
