Lawyer of embattled Ghana FA President, Kwesi Nyantakyi has confirmed that his client has been released on bail following hours of interrogation by the Police CID.
Mr Nyantakyi who happens to be the longest serving FA president on the whole of the African continent, was picked up yesterday (May 23) by the security apparatus on the orders of the President Nana Akufo Addo after it emerged that he’s been fraudulent using the name of the President to dupe investors.

His lawyer, Thaddeus Sory did not give further details about what transpired between the GFA boss and the CID after several hours of interrogation.
After the interrogation, CID officers escorted him to his home, and he is expected to report tomorrow for another round of questions.
