Barcelona Football Club have allegedly banned their talisman, Captain Lionel Messi, from taking part in the club’s training sessions.
Messi will not practice at Barcelona until he inks a new contract with the club, according to AS. Starting July 1, the Argentina captain has been a free agent.
Despite the fact that Messi had agreed to a five-year contract, it has yet to be signed due to some financial as he and some senior Barcelona players have been forced to slash down their lofty wages to cushion the team against the impact of the Covid 19.
