After a protracted Parkinson’s disease battle, Jeff Cook passed away. In 2012, the illness had been identified in him.

When he received the diagnosis, he made the following public remarks.

“I’m not calling it quits, but sometimes our bodies dictate what we have to do, and mine is telling me it’s time to take a break and heal. I do believe in prayer and I appreciate all the continued prayers throughout this difficult time.”

The date of Jeff Cook’s passing is November 7, 2022. Age-wise, he was 73.

In addition to his beloved canines Blazer and Blakely, he is also survived by his wife of 27 years, Lisa Cook, mother Betty Cook, brother David Cook, father-in-law Jerrial Williams, brother-in-law Randy Williams, several nieces and nephews.

Cook’s “Celebration of Life” arrangements will be revealed later. The Cook family requests donations to the Jeff & Lisa Cook Foundation in lieu of floral tributes.
