Information received and sighted by Ghgossip.com indicates that, the man seen in the viral video abusing a toddler has been arrested.
You would recall that, on Monday, October 3, 2022 a video of a man flogging a child mercilessly began to circulate on social media. Many who chanced upon the video shared and drew the attention of the Police to the abuse.
In an update of events, the man has been arrested. The arrest comes shortly after the police issued a statement on Tuesday, October 4, placing a 2,000 cedi bounty on the man.

According to a report by KOFI TV, the suspect, Richard Kofi who’s believed to be the father of the boy was picked up by men of the Ghana Police Service on Wednesday, October 5 at Akaa Buem in Jasikan (Oti Region).
The child has been rescued and has been placed in the care of the police after the arrest. The Ghana Police Service is yet to release a statement on this update.
MEANWHILE: Ex-housemate of the Big Brother Naija season 6, Tega Dominic has shared a piece of advice to mothers while raising their kids.
The BBNaija reality show star has taken to her official social media page to send a relevant to mothers. The social media influencer has urged all mothers to teach their kids about loyalty as they grow.
Taking to the bird app via her verified handle, Tega also asked mothers to teach their kids about relationships as it would open a million doors where money can’t.
