Marcos Aoàs Corrêa, popularly known as Marquinhos, is a professional footballer who plays as a defender for the Brazilian National Team.
Marquinhos started his professional career in 2012 when he joined the Brazilian Série A club, Corinthians. His stay there was short because after a year he joined AS Roma.

His performance at AS Roma was very impressive despite it be ing a year’s stay, it was enough to earn him a contract from one of the most elite football clubs in the world, Paris Saint-Germain(PSG).
Marquinhos joined PSG in 2013-2014 and has been with the French League 1 club for about a decade and is currently their captain. He has made a total of 384 appearances and scored 37 goals for Paris Saint-Germain.
